I
specialise in leadership development
and team building because these are
key areas where difficulties - based
on our relationship with our 'self'
and others - often arise in many
organisations, although this may not
be immediately transparent. From experience,
I have focused on the relationship &
communication sector primarily because
these are the areas that I - and the
horses - am continually faced with,
and are indeed the issues that are usually
creating problems within a corporation.
Footnote:
After the sad loss of my dad from cancer
in June 2008, I have started a project
offering subsidised or FREE workshops/coaching
to sufferers of cancer, and family of
cancer sufferers. At present [September
08] I am planning and resourcing funding
options, in order to be able to offer
FREE workshops for the majority of applicants.
A percentage of the corporate programme
fee is allocated to the Help
for Cancer project.
